Get in Shape for summer with Personal Training!!
We have Three Great Trainers at Step It Up to choose from and sevaral different options for training.
We offer one on one personal training , small group training on the Efi Gravity Reformer featuring Pilates and Strength Training, and Small Group classes.
Our trainers are Ryan, Michele and Kellye. Each trainer has their own style and special skills. Both Ryan and Michelle have been trained to help those that have special needs due to injurys etc.

Child Care
Baby Sitting is available in the A.M. only. Times available can vary, so please call if you are interested in the child care before you come. Thanks!
Prices
There is a one time $40.00 registration fee. For kids under 18 and students the one time registartion fee is only $20.00
There are three levels of class cards available and they are as follows:
- $45.00 for a punch card good for 10 regular classes
- $55.00 for a card good for unlimited basic classes for one month
- $65.00 for an all access card
